Strategy meets sweet & simple design.

Website Writing Sprint

You know exactly how you help your coaching clients...

so why does writing your website content feel impossible?

It’s actually totally normal not to know what to put on your website! And that’s the reason why I created the Website Writing Sprint—a calm, focused 2-week experience that gives you the structure, accountability, and gentle guidance you need to actually finish your website content.

Website Writing Sprint

Investment: $300 / Timeline: 2 Weeks

A focused 2-week sprint to help you write, refine, and finish your website content—with accountability, co-working, & expert guidance.

    • Content guides for each section of your one-page website (Intro, Services, About You, Testimonials, FAQs, Contact Form)

    • 2 co-working sessions during the week via Google Meet—write with other coaches and stay motivated

    • 2-hour personal strategy call where we'll review your content together and refine your messaging

  • You’ll be supported every step of the way through a small group experience (max. 5 coaches) and personal 1:1 support.

Week 1: You'll receive your content guides to help you write your website copy, attend the co-working sessions for extra accountability & community, and start drafting your website copy.

Week 2: Submit your draft for review, join me for your 2-hour strategy call where we'll review your content together and refine your messaging so that it’s ready to put on your website.

After the Writing Sprint: You'll receive an invitation to Phase 2 (One-Page Website Design & Brand Styling), though there's absolutely no obligation to continue if you'd prefer to work with another designer.

FAQs

Let’s talk details! Have another question? Write me here.

  • A one-page website is simple to write, easy to maintain, and gives your visitors everything they need in one place.

It’s perfect for coaches and consultants who want a professional website but with no overwhelm.

You can always expand to multiple pages later as your business grows and you find the time. But for now? A clear, strategic one-page website is all you need to establish trust and invite clients to book a discovery call.

  • The co-working sessions are optional but highly recommended—they provide motivation and community support.

If you can't make them, you'll still have access to all the content guides and your personal 2-hour strategy call.

  • Week 1:

    • Plan for 5-10 hours (the writing phase).

    • This includes time for writing, attending co-working sessions (optional)

    • The more focused time you can dedicate, the more polished your content will be by the end.

    Week 2:

    • Plan for a 2-hour strategy call

  • While I specialize in working with coaches and consultants, the sprint could work for therapists, counselors, or other similar 1:1 service providers.

Write me if you’re unsure. I would love to help.

  • No problem at all! There's absolutely no obligation to move forward with Phase 2. You'll own all your content and can hire any designer you'd like.

  • Both! You'll be part of a small group (maximum 5 coaches) for the co-working sessions and community support.

But you'll also get a private 2-hour strategy call with me where we review your specific content and I give you personalized feedback.

  • The content guides are step-by-step templates for each section of your one-page website (Intro, About, Services, Testimonials, FAQ, Contact).

    The guide explains:

    • What the section should accomplish

    • What questions to answer

    • Approximately how long it should be

    • Examples of what works well

Think of them as your roadmap—so you're never staring at a blank page wondering what to write.

  • You don't need to be a "good writer"—you just need to be willing to try.

The content guides will give you structure, and during our strategy call, I'll help you refine your writing so it's clear and authentic.

Most coaches are surprised by how much easier it becomes once they have a framework to follow.

Once you finish the sprint, you’ll be invited to the next phase in creating your website:

Phase Two: One-Page Website Design & Brand Styling. (Of course, there is no obligation to continue to Phase Two if you prefer to hire another designer.)
